getaswissjob is a small blog where I'll post thoughts and notes. Nothing too amazing. My background is pretty technical (I'm a sysadmin, system engineer, focus on linux) so most of the content will probably be about that stuff. I also have hobbies, like videogames, watching movies and TV series, and I like to travel.
You might wonder why the blog has this name. I had bought the domain for a completely different idea, but I never really felt like developing it, so I'm recycling it.
Browsing the site is free, not sure if I'll ever find a way to make money from it, who knows.
Besides being a place to write whatever crap pops into my head, it's also useful for me to get better at running a website hosted on a home server, with all the fun and headaches that come with it (and more to come).
The CMS is Ghost, if you were wondering. I'll definitely write something about how to set it up. The theme is Attila.
